good thing that all beaches in denmark are public owned by the government hat allowing everyone acces to them and t rich people can´t buy´em...

Public spots are lost in the U.S. as well, Toby.

We can't ride in 2 coastal City parks in St. Pete and many other areas in FL are closed to kiting or are threatening to close to kiting. :(

I spoke with the attorney today. Holly Beach will not be available any longer for kitesurfing. End of story.

This is seriously disappointing news. Very very bad...

I spent 2 months in SPI in 2006, and hit Holly on a regular basis (especially on those SE thermal days), an awesome spot.

If you can't kite on that side of the Laguna, no more SPI for me :-(

All the best guys, hope you at least have a launch somewhere on that side.

Well if we EVER develop another spot like Holly that is on private property, we better damn well gate it and make it locals only.

Thanks to the assholes who wrecked possibly the BEST flat water spot in the US, if not the planet.
