It is only 0 to 20 knots at the water level in onshore 35 knots if you windsurfed you would have known

Maybe if your 4 inches tall.

35 knots is sand blasting weather and its barely 0 knots underground!

Windsurfed for 15 years and rigged a 4.3m on those days!

I would imagine its pretty challenging just to carry a SUP in 35 knots, but you go right ahead.

How much wind you are going to get behind 5 foot wave in the wind shadow created by high shore line. I listen to surfers like you all the time how they were riding waves where in fact you stayed out in the chop all day long. You know what gay is? Riding twin tip in waves that's gay or riding surfboard outside braking waves and then claiming riding waves. I choose riding waves on SUP over putting on your ridiculous boots any time.

Maybe mount some old windsurfing straps on there just to be safe.

Your ego should be wrapped in police tape before it goes off in some spectacular way so everyone can keep safe distance.

You know what, your right. You get yourself that paddle board and have at it. Careful not to get dummied taking it off the roof of your car in 35 knots.

Those days are rare, and the absolute highlight of many a kiteboarder's season. I hope you do find those breaks with 0 knots down at your level far away from the real world of great lakes waves at their best. You won't be missed. In fact, once you get it dialled, bring your breakthrough ideas to the SUP forums, and perhaps leave this tired old kite forum to those who wanna kite when the going gets good.

I always bought the smallest boards: windsurfing 72L, twintip 127cm so it's not going to be any different this time.

hey so let me know when you have ridden this. I have Hokua 7'6'' and it is fantastic, but a little hard to use in big waves since you kind of have to be a bit inside. I've always used the 9'0'' in big waves, but I for some reason sold it and I am looking at the 7'10''

I also have 7'2'' wide board, but that is definitely not for bigger waves. I am curious at how the 32w does.
