I have relocated to Gibraltar last month and I'm looking to kitesurf in Tarifa.
I want to buy second-hand gear or new gear depend on the cost.
is there any facebook groups or website that I can look for second-hand gear?
furthermore, what is the season now at Tarifa? how often there is wind and what conditions?
any useful information will be great.

Good alternative to strong Levante winds are the spots around Gibraltar! So just close to you. Plus during summer warmer water!
I personally don't think Tarifa is that great ... some spots close to you are better.
But all depends on wind directions as well...a nice Poniente is good in Tarifa.
