Yes!! My New Years resolution is to never make any NYRs again.....I never seem to keep them..If i did i would be skinny, rich, and have a phd in something..

If you want to be rich so you can do more for others & make the civilized world more pleasant, you will be!
If you want to be skinny to learn to control your body, so you don’t offend & hurt others by demanding instinctual satisfaction, you will be!
If you want a PhD so you can become a more humble human being rather than an academic power grabber, you can get it. The more advanced you are in the sciences the more humbled you get by our utter poverty of understanding as you realize how little we know.
Only aholes want these things for themselves & pollute the world with their ego-centric worldviews...
Anyway, resolve to be a better person this year, not for your own vanity but for others. Oh and you can’t do that without LOVE! If you have it, count yourself lucky, if not, praying you find it!
