Take it to a tailor, shouldn't cost too much to add pockets, $25-$50. Make sure when you get this done you tell him or her to use polyester thread.

- Have more buoyancy than typical impact vests
Some have posted vests that are rated at 50n (n=newtons). Impact vests are around 50n, so if you want more floatation, avoid 50n vests.
Liquid Force's Profile kite vest has the most amount of buoyancy for a waist harness compatible vest.
LF's Vortex Kite vest is CG approved and will offer the most amount of floatation and is designed to fit over a waist harness.
I also agree that getting a seamstress/tailor to add some pockets would be your best option. Or you could modify a waist pack to mount to your harness or kiteboard.

I like this one. I'm thinking in getting one. Has anyone tried it?
Their website says is ok for kiting.
Its pretty well used. The guy from Horue foils uses one in some of his videos. Seen plenty in other foiling videos as well. The British Americas cup team were using them as well.

From what I can see none of the Impact Vests on the market other than the Forward WIP claim 50n flotation - so I assume they don’t have it.
