Lonasport are also= www.you-love-it.com (read the other thread about them!)

I have brought several Naish Torch's form Gerrit over the years and it all turns up eventually. I am currently waiting on one that is in the post, took about a week before he sent it. Gerrit who owns/runs you-love-it is a bit slow but it does turn up eventually.

Hi Billy,

I hope what you say comes true. It has been more than 3 weeks now and still no news.

Looking at google reviews for this shop, I noticed that I'm not the only one in this situation. Most of the negative comments are from a few weeks only.

B.

Got my new Torch sat here now. Ordered a wetsuit from www.you-love-it.com last night and shipped this afternoon. I appreciate they have been very slow in the past, but I am happy to buy from them again.

Purchased from kite pirates- highly recommended. You can phone them and they speak perfect English. I asked for my shipment to be delayed as I was on holiday- the order was processed with typical German efficiency i.e. perfect execution. They had some great prices and shipped to the UK in 2 days if I remember correctly. I bought a brand new bar for £180 (ok it was quite specialist, being a 5 line Best bar, and 2 years old) but it has done the job. Couldn't ask for more tbh.

If you can accept potentially longish / unpredictable shipping periods and sluggish responsiveness from shop for lowest prices: You-Love-It / Lonasport (same owner now)
If you want perfect overall service, instant responsiveness and 100 % reliability for maybe slighly higher prices: Surfpirates
