Jamaica 119- Yes 119 ,
dont expect them to turn up though, they usually dont have any vehicles or any fuel to get there, as they have either stolen the car ...they have some thing in the vincinity of 3000 vehicles unaccounted for, alot of the main emergency services have had their electricity cut off in major ..let alone minor police stations ... LOL
reminds me of a situation where there was a fire right across from a fire station & the whole building burnt to the ground because they had no diesel to run the trucks or pumps cause they had stolen the fuel out of them LOL ...
Too funny , Honestly if you are in the shit here ring a friend that is with you or if you are coming over by yourself drop me a line and I will be sure to reply with some info
sorry for the ranting on.
It always pays to let a friend know where you are kiting & avoid going out alone...lessons learnt the hard way.

If in BRASIL dial 190, actually in Fortaleza they'll send you an helicopter within minutes.
