Nice house at private lagune in Paracuru

A good friend of mine from Austria, who has spent most of his life in Brazil, is building a huge kite-project just 1 kilometer north of Paracuru!

He is going to build 30 houses of which he is going to sell 10! The cool thing is, that additionally to the sea, he is going to build a private lagune for kiting!

He is now selling these 10 houses ranging from 50.000 to 200.000 Euros depending on the size, features, and exact position!
