You have to keep in mind BALANCE is an independent brand.

Best & Balance cooperate for worldwide distribution.

The boards are made to be one of the best freestyle boards on the market. & yes, the 135 Alvaro O. Pro and 137 Peter T. Pro go well with bindings. The TEAM models which some of the girls at PKRA ride go only with straps.

hmmm, the biggest size is a 137? Not sure if I would put bindings on that one sir. Need more board for boots. And the rocker is missing on these boards. They do seem sturdy however...

Our rockers are designed by the pro riders.
Wake boards have curve rockers as they are towned by a powerboat. Kiteboards do need to accelerate and maintain speed, so we decided to go for a faster one, it has really good pop though.
All the feedback we got about the boards rocker has been good.
Good winds!

your pro ride footstrappies most of the time, dont they? I know that they have to stay upwind in their competitions, so they need flatness for that too. But for bindings, real wakestyle bindings, you need something with a bit more rocker and a bit more length. More rocker on such a short board would obviously be crappy. As would a good sized rocker on a shorty, but if you have both-length and rocker then you make a serious wakestyle kiteboard meant to be ridden with boots. See LF concept, Influence, Cabrinha custom, and now Slingshot darkside. its true, and if your pros rode wakestyle with boots FULLTIME, they would prefer it this way I reckon. But peter and alvaro do kill it no matter what they ride, so I am not criticizing. Just saying that some of us riding wakestyle the whole time, prefer it this way. Just an opinion, but hey maybe thats why I am not sponsored

Well there are a lot of boards in the market and you can of course buy the one u want. I would buy the board that rides the better and taht looks beautifull to my eye, it´s all about testing and tasting, and here it is impossible to have everyone happy. So we tought we should go our way and use the colors and graphisc we like and the shapes that works for us. Kiteboarding it´s developing each day and it´s nothing writen yet.
We decided to go in our own direction, and to us it doesnt matter what cabrinha or liquid force do.
We respect them, but we go our way and try to create our solutions and ideas always.

Boot riders are happy with the performance and never spoke about a more curved rocker. If you care it looks cooler... well that is not a heavy reason. We are performance driven, and yes we like to stay upwind as much as possible and perform more tricks per day. that way u maximize every day of kiting and learn faster. (our opinion)

Good winds to all.

I never spoke about more rocker until I tried it, now I'll never go back. Soft landings, smoother load&pop, wayyyyyy better for hitting wave kickers.

Although, I can understand why a manufacturer would shy away from 5cm rocker. Majority of the market is freeride and freestyle, not wakestyle.

good choice with flat rocker for upwind and do tricks downwind...more time on the water.

solution? just can't have one board. just can't have one kite.
