Hi.
About to buy some new gear and would like to get some opinions on what's the best wakestyle kite on the market. Would also like to hear why you think that your kite is best suited and also negative things about it. If some have tried the new 2010 models I’m very interested in details since that's what I'll buy.

Liquid Force HiFi!
Predictable power, good grunt, direct steering and not too fast.

Thanks Konza. Have you tried the Torch, Switchblade or Fuel? If, how is they compared with the HiFi?

Not a 2013 switch. Maybe RRD or epic

A kite that sits deep. Mid to low aspect so it pulls like a truck. All so want something that slacks good. Most C's should do you good, some deltas.
I ride Fuels but I'm not going to say it's the best. It is purely subjective and as you can see everyone just tells you what they ride as if it is the #1 wakestyle kite. If you have a local shop I recommend going thru them as it will be the best way to get spare parts and most likely they can cut you a deal.

So what's the difference between a C-kite and an SLE kite ?
i'm confused between the North Vegas and the Wainman Smoke ??
I mainly want as much as air i can get, and wind here in my country's like 20 knots on average ..

Hi everyone,
when I started riding wake style what I was looking for was a kite that behaves perfectly unhooked. I personally recommend the Slingshot Fuel because it stays always on top with the right amount of power in all conditions.
Wind regards,

any c kite is good, north vegas, slingshot fuel, best gp, best extract, naish torch. They are all really good for wakestyle, the difference is in other stuff, for instance, because north vegas and naish torch use tensioned 5th line it means it has a lot more depower which is nice, but then you have that 5th line, the slingshot fuel is the first c kite to relaunch from a rear line and I think their relaunch is probably the nicest, and it is a 4 line kite if you care about 4 lines vs 5 lines, the north vegas should probably only be used with a north bar (because of the high Y split) so if you are swapping kites and bars a lot you need to think about that. And of course there is the price if you can get a deal then you might want to go for one kite over another. I tend to use kites until they are completely shredded so I stay away from naish due to the difficulties of repairing the octopus valves -- they are really nice in the first few years no external valves, but later on they are a bother.
so yeah look at all the factors, find a C kite and go ride. No matter how manufacturers market C-ish kites like the ozone c4 or slingshot rpm they are not C kites and don't behave as well unhooked.

I ride the Airush Razor 2013 and in the past i have ride the torch
For me the razor is very good for wakestyle and this kite have a better strong structure
It's a very good C shape 5th
