Central America Mexico/Costa Rica in Jan/Feb/March

Bahia Salinas in Costa Rica is da bomb in January, and is pretty much just a kite beach. Three different lodging & school options for kiters within walking distance of the beach. Didn't see many tourists at all. Wind every day for 10 days. I wanna go for longer this year.

Hi, the months between jan. and March are the windiest in Costa Rica, Bahia Salinas. in these 90 days you can have only 2 or 3 days without wind and it blows generally around 20/25 kns...even at night...! Well, I guess this is enough information to make the right decision
