Hi,
For someone who wants to discover a new place to kite, i can strongly recommend Sri Lanka/Kalpitiya. A month ago I learned kiteing there and because of the flat water its an ideal
spot to do this sport, also for advanced kiters. The month i stayed there we had nearly every day wind (though it was almost off-season), nice wheater and friendly people
