Hold your horses...your right FW lost to the nugget...but they will take it back with the 'Baked Potato' which is coming out early 2013. It is a sweet potato/nugget but will perform much better in the surf.
It will most likely be a reinforced strapless kite model...so lighter and stronger than the surf shape with the price reflected because there are no inserts. Get the real thing...
There are also some additional models coming out, so stand by.
I like look of the baked potato. How do you think it compares to the Bullet?

Can anyone tell me the fin sizes on the nugget? Or maybe future fins compatible ones?

Not sure...I surf the baked potato 5'8"...and i am 6'5" and 210 lbs....so theres an idea on it's volume. I have kited the surfboard and it works well in the lightest winds.

The nugget has saved any a session for the two guys that I kite with, many many sessions. One of actually went surfing with the other day had some fun.
Yeh norths colour schemes and writing this year is a cluster f*** time warp into the eighties, kites and boards. Wtf we're they thinking.

I agree with you on all that. We will hold on to all our North gear from 2011 and 2010
We have 5 Rebels (2011)..2 Whips (2011)...2 Kontacts (2010)..1 Freerace (2011)
2013 year we will sure skip...only 10 more months for the 2014 gear
Our disappointment also is the Whip's new tail shape....we really loved the "diamond tail"
What were they thinking ??

The 2012 Nugget fins sizes are:
Front
4.56" Height
4.31" base
Rear
4.06" height
3.87" base
The Future Stamps quad set is the model that is more similar in size to the OEM nugget fins
but the Stamps cost is like $20 less only than the original ones. I lose one of my Nugget rear fins last week and I end purchasing the original ones. I like how the board runs with the original fins.

Got one a few months ago, have owned other surfboards but never satisfied in
Florida conditions...
Nugget is a great light wind board that really rips upwind and very user friendly.
I use it in 10 knots with my 17 m zephyr.
This is my third surfboard and the only one i ever enjoyed...
Im in fort lauderdale if anyone wants to try it.
Paul
