why?
i have other kites with a little bit smaller CL than the Airushes one.
but if you want you can do it yourself (i would do it) or ask the kite repair shop to do it.

i never had an air rush so Im not sure exactly how it's put together but I have increased the size of my chicken loop, bought some dyneema/spectra the right diameter, some high pressure hose the right size sewed some kite line to my new chicken loop and pulled it through the hose, took out the old chicken loop and broke it down, spliced the new line to that old stainless steel latch on the end (depends on what kind of bar you have), cut to size and put it all back together. Might be easier to just buy a new chicken loop that 's bigger they make them for most bars now.

So he does not have trim his kite every time he unhooks.
Best thing to do is figure out a way to do it your self. Kite companies don't make loops for us un-hookers! All the pro's have different loops that fit there arm length and that is what your looking for.

Making the CL bigger has implications...
The bar will be that much farther from your body. Your normal riding position for arms will necessarily change if you don't make other adjustments, i.e. shorten the center lines via depower. Problem with that is you'll be back to full-power where your arms normally are, and you'll lose the ability to depower as much as before.
You'll need a new longer donkey-dick too. Those things are cut just right. If too long, they are hard to get in and out and may poke your belly. Too short they'll pop out when you least expect. Me thinks one of the reasons for small CLs is precisely to keep the DD short so it doesn't poke you.
My 2011 Naish cl/dd are a perfect combination - when it is under full load the dd is just right, hasn't ever popped out unexpectedly.
