I'm getting a nice offer on a Liquid Force Envy (school edition).
Kindly explain to me if it's a good or bad thing to be school edition, as I never tried one before.
Thanks

it means it was used by a kitesurfing school as a kite for students to learn on. itll have taken a bit of a beating but will probably have been maintained well

There is no difference between a school edition Envy kite and a regular Envy kite. The school edition kites come in a basic no frills bag. 2 out of my GF's 3 Envys are school edition kites. She bought them new from a dealer.
So the kite you are looking at may not have been used by a school. You'll have to ask the seller what sort of use it has seen.
