Does anyone here have either of these Axis boards? I've been searching around and there's not much info apart from the usual marketing blurb so I'd be keen to hear your impressions. Especially if anyone can compare them to their Shinn counterparts it would be much appreciated.

I saw this in my Facebook feed yesterday:

Adrian Roper, the board designer had some on demo last weekend but no wind to try them. He has been making all kinds of boards since year dot and knows his stuff. I liked the bottom shape channel design and the rigid windsurf style straps. It sounds as if he uses strips of carbon through the Vanguard to control flex.
