Hi everybody,
Based on available picture it was tried to modify the ordinary Ozone bar, but appeared question related to the length of front lines. From the picture it looks that race bar depower length nearly twice longer in comparison to ordinary, meaning that during modification front lines to be shortened as compensation and for the obtaining exactly the same total length as it was before. Or such difference to be ignored.

The picture is the factory race bar, if you increase the travel of the the depower, you will need to decrease the front lines according or just add pigtails to the rear lines.

My modified race bar. Side lines and one center line has been extended. Original depower travel length was 170mm, after modification it remain the same. Believe that it should work.

Your blue depower line is about half of the factory bar, I only get 7 inch total depower, which is about 180mm. This is a 4:1 system, so your total depower should be only half of 170mm.

Does anybody know the name of the rope that Ozone uses for the trimline ? (The rope that goes through the clamcleat in the 1:4 cascade)
I have used Racing Sheet, Orion500, Globe 5000 and Ocean3000 but are not happy with any of them.
Thanks in advance
