The most expensive part for me was buying a camelback small backpack. The rest of the supplies was about $15 total like the thread says. Works great and no destroying your harness.
I think this guys friend took the idea and started mass producing a back rig.
I'll try to find out if he's selling them allready.
Toby - My back is a mess. A good waist harness is a lot better for me than a seat harness.
Try using a different waist harness and maybe it will not hurt your back.

I'm going to try to make my own bracket when I get home. I do like that over the shoulder angle for certain types of riding. I'm not sure I'd want that thing attached to me if I'm crashing hard.....maybe it's fine.
On the GoPro fog:
BUY THE DIVE HOUSING!
It's under $50 and it will NOT fog. I'm in the Cayman Islands right now. I've used it 3 days for kiting (no problems at all) and the last 4 for diving. It takes really great underwater footage now too. No more fish eye or distorted edges. It hasn't fogged even slightly. It was well worth the investment of a few more dollars.
Trust me.............I was ready to smash my GoPro into the sidewalk after all of the footage it ruined. Now I love that camera!
Thank me later!

Fogging happens when humid hot air comes in contact with a cooler surface. The hotter the air, the more water it can contain. When the air cools, it will loose its water. So if you trap hot air in the case, and cool it by dunking it in water, the air inside will loose water onto the cool surface on the inside of the case. If the outside air is hot, and you cool the case by dunking it in water, the outside air will loose its water onto the cool surface on the outside of the case. If the camera is black, it will heat faster by the sun after a dunking, and therefore not fog as much. That is my hypothesis, and I'm pretty sure I'm right.
"Fogging happens when humid hot air comes in contact with a cooler surface. The hotter the air, the more water it can contain." 100% right!
I keep giving the same tip: remove the moisture by leaving the case open in the fridge (dry air inside) for 15 min. Close before taking it out. 100% success.
