I just got back from a session at LaDue Reservoir. Wind direction wasn't the best for LaDue, but it was the best place available right now. A thin layer of snow made me thing a snowboard was a good idea, but it cut right through to the ice really easy, making it hard to edge, so it was hard to get big jumps. NW winds are gusty to begin with, and La Due doesn't have a very long fetch. But I got some good rides.

Will Do. I am on the road right now in Madison Wisc. Lots of ice here and minimal snow. I drive a truck and will be heading over to Sylvan Lake Mich for a delivery tomorrow and then down thru Toledo on my way back to NC to load again. I got my kites with me and hope to ride somewhere. I will be home this weekend as well. JR
