I'm going to be in Utah a few days & may have limited time for a session. The snow looks good at Skyline but I'll be in Ogden so I'm wondering if its possible to skin up to the snowkite area at Powder Mountain since they are closed? Would snow conditions there be worth the effort or should I just focus on Skyline? Is there some other snowkite spot I should consider? I looked at the forecast and water options didn't look good unless I'm just looking in the wrong place.
Any info or beta or help much appreciated.

Lots of people are riding water here now,
www.utahwindriders.com is the info spot. You can drive to the top of powder mountain if you want to snowkite.

If your still in town, today, Friday, and you have your water gear,
A few of us are planning to be at the east side of Pineview Reservoir this afternoon.
Local thermal that is difficult to find an internet forecast for.
It was windy there yesterday.
