it's not me
but i find it cool too!

basically it is a very radical kiteloop backloop

edge hard, kite at 12, as soon as you feel the pull, pull hard on your back hand
but instead of just vaguely turn your back to the kite and let things happen
my friend Philippe throws an active backflip
by throwing his head back as if he wanted to look at what there is behind him
then his legs up
but as he advised... beware of over-rotating, you pay it cash

but yes I agree, very spectacular, very original
a few pros down here went to him and try to get data about this move

It doesn't have a name... I called it... "the Ferris Wheel" :D

Jean Claude is not French, he is Belgian by the way :bye:
No, I thought you might have inserted a few frames as a joke. No offense intended, you are quite an aggressive rider, much respect!
no worries mate :bye:

Great video!

I really love to see people include the kite in the shot as well as the rider and you got it in almost every shot.

Really enjoyed this vid, and as said above, its great to be able to see the kite too. Nice loopage! Looks like you hold the bar different for it every time!
That inverted kiteloop looks super smart, I think its basically the same as a backroll handwash/drag kiteloop (you see one a few seconds after), minus the had drag.
Great vid, and an inspiration for us 'more mature' kiters :thumb:
