OK i finally found time to post the email communications.

Here is a summary:

Feb 1st carafino says boards will ship before end of Feb.
Feb 18th He says 12 boards are going to Florida by march 15th.
March 10th he says "Where getting it ready".
March 20th He reports he caught Dengue fever and that his proaction manager vanished in the missing Malaysian flight.
April 1st he says boards are ready and he is preparing a shipment to LA
Apri 7th he says a large shipment is on the way to LAX.
April 18th I asked for tracking and he said he is waiting for the shipper to supply hiim with the "tracking flight route".
April 23rd he says this is the foil shipment going out tomorrow.
April 25th he says they will ship tomorrow.
May 2nd i received a fedex tracking number.
May 7th i emailed him telling him i got the boards but no foils or bindings.
May 10th he says missing parts will arrive with the foils.
May 16th he says "this week will come the other goods"'.
May 24th he says "we are preparing the foils".
June 12th he says the foils are coming late next week.
June 15th he says he is waiting for the foils to arrive.
June 19th i told him I'm tired of waiting and prefer a refund if he can't deliver.

There are some more communications but he still has not deliver the foils. I and 3 others in FL have submitted a dispute to our credit card companies and they are investingaing. I also filed police reports. This will probably go to civlil court. Anyone who is a victim of this scam, please contribute, file police reports and keep all records. Its recommended that you dispute your CC charges before 6 months of purchase date.

Thanks for the email and the pic. The pads are two different styles. That is why it lacks the upper piece.

There should have been straps in the box. What material was in your box aside from the boards and the screw and washer?

Are there long bolts of 4 cm in the board in the diamond attachment box underneath the board?

I tell him i don't want his piece of sh** products and i tell him that he will have to pay interest on the $1500 he borrowed from me to finance his scam. He says he is going to send people to my house to pick up the boards and i tell him he may only send a legitimate courier, he then says he will have someone from miami kiteboarding to pick it up. I called them and they knew nothing about it and said they don't sell foils.

He is wanted for questioning in the UK, France and Italy to my knowledge for making death threats which carries severe penalties here and I am reliably informed he and his various alias's are on a list to be stopped at any EU boarder control he tries to pass. In France in particular there are many people he has also done that to who want to see him put in prision. He is also breaking a large number of EU laws relating to illegal importation of defective goods.
