Hi kiters 8)

I would like to ask you all with experiences, where its good idea to go in February.
I am traveling from Vienna ( austria ), I would like to go somewhere, where it's hot weather and the best will be flat water :-) Also can be a small chop :wink:
Do you have some ideas ? I will be very happy for some your post's and your experiences.
I was looking, that Mexico can be good but SPLOCS.COM show me that in february there is 18-20 degrees celsia, what is so so weak :-(
I was in Cuba and Dominican republic, so I wanna change the spot this time.
(You think SRILANKA can be good ? or ? )

Since no one else has responded to your question, I'll suggest the Turks & Caicos Islands (TCI). Flat water, warm conditions. February is usually good for wind. It is more expensive than Cuba or D.R., but it's a very good kiting destination. Wish I was there now!

Colombia, atlantic coast, several flat spots near Barranquilla. Contact me for more information. Also Cabo de la Vela in Colombia. Guaranteed wind in both places EVERYDAY

Windy, warm, flat, no jetlag, maybe direct flight from Austria (at least from NL with KLM)

Go check out Costa Rica with Kiteboardingcostarica.com Kent and the gang are awesome - flat water, relaxing off the water, and consistent wind... what more can you ask for?

Or try a cruise in the caribbean, grenadines.. 99% +4bft wind probability according to windfinder :o
friends of mine went with these guys: caribbeankitecruise.com
they came back VERY stoked. Swam with turtles, launched their kites from the catamaran, kited every day... *sigh* I'm going to a different topic now.. :(

Planning a trip to Turks & Caicos next month. Can you recommend places to stay, close to the launching places?
