Hey. I'm thinking of changing to precast rails.
What did you use for a mould and I am reluctant to use a release agent due to concerns of a reduced bond in the final product.

Also i was previously recommended Shore 80. Now i have done some tests it seems quite soft. Not really happy with it and i bought 1.5kg.

Hm, Shore A or D?
1.5kg is not that much, luckily you didn't get 4kg :)

its 80A, its a slow cure. Full cure in 7 days so will wait a few more days to see if it gets much harder.

I am selling them for AU$15. I guess about US$10 is a reasonable price.

You can see them here: http://shop.shinai.co/
hi, I can't access this website, is this the correct URL?

Wow that vid brings back some boardmaking memories. Hell of an effort without a cnc to cut em out! stay healthly when u make boards - it's about as toxic as it gets..

the whole thing is about stopping delimitation, never found this easy... bonding and materials engineering.
