I have the one specifically designed for kite harness. (no padding under harness)
One with a front zipp (prolimit) and one pullover (manera) I use it with RE and it never rides up.
Its the first vest I actually like.
Down side is the amout of extra flotation it offers...

I used to ride with an impact vest but now foil with a buoyancy aid as its better for bobbing around waiting for a gust of wind to relaunch your kite (or equally likely for wrapping up and swimming ashore)
I have the Gul Garda. There are some that hook around your spreader to stop from riding up. This one works alright. I remember it being a pain when I was doing a lot of swimming when first learning to kite. My present level involves either little of one long swim and it works alright for that.

Why is the extra flotation a problem?

I have a Neil pryde pullover style with a side zip. It has a nice spot for the harness hook, if you wear it right it never rides up.
Also a nice bit of added warmth when it's chilly out, really helps with a wetsuit because it keeps the wind off your torso.

I use white water paddler's pfd and seat harness. Offers good arm movement and has enough room for harness.
