So typical of the news media. Everyone ought to flee for their lives, but they need to be on the scene in whatever conditions for the 'story'.

Cant stand these media people . they love hype and bullshit. half the time their storys are filled with errors. their whole focus is to whip people into a frenzy by pushing out as much BS as they can.

it's kind of funny because they wouldn't be out there if it was seriously dangerous.
the wind most of the day yesterday was 20-30 knots, just a great day for kiting and nothing serious really. but they make it sound like the end of the world has already begun
today is another story of course, 100 knot gusts
