As much as I like catamaran sailing, that last video wasn't very good.
I'm not even sure if F17 is an actual class of catamaran. F16, F18, F20, but F17?


For some beautiful catamaran foiling have a look at the Flying Phantom or GC32 classes (for something that is not from the America's Cup).

I think that pumping a foil looks unfun and dorky. I guess it is cool to be able to catch one wave and ride several, but there is a reason the videos fast forward through guys pumping to foil back out to the lineup. The only way I would want to do this is with a SUP or a tow.

It looks way more appealing to me than paddling prone!
