I just read something about the Pest being around due to some mortal rituals...not sure exactly.
Anyone got a word on it?

We were due to head there next week but had to cancel the trip due to the Plague spreading so bad both not seen on a level like this there before ...bubonic and worst still pneumonic plague too....a real shame as we were super looking forward to heading somewhere new!

It looks like it's getting worse there too which is why we cancelled our trip, tragic for all there but also sad for the new kite businesses there.

On the plus side I'll see you a week Saturday Toby ;-)

Hi Dudes,

Firstly Plague in Madagascar is not a problem at all. It is a disease that comes back every year at the same season between September and March, which is called the Plague Season... So you see, nothing to fear more than usual. :)
This year has been a bit more deadly : just 130 deaths (out of 25 millions people!) that's all but, as medias have nothing to say so they take it as a big hit...
Anyway, we have no plague case in diego cause we are 1100km from capital!
