I updated the design of my strutless kite Agilus-7 and added a new size.

Wow! Looks awesome! I think this winter I'm finally going to try building a kite (I'll be sure to document the process- maybe even a timelapse?). We're headed to Vietnam in a couple of weeks- I'm hoping to see if it's possible to buy some fabric from the Ozone kite factory...

Hi Karsten,
if I may suggest, and don't get me wrong your work is really awesome, but it would be great if finally after all this years you invest some time in English translation of "How to's" on your site.
As I see it, the value of having the process documented is much bigger than the number of plans posted here and there. For sure there might be possible to google translate the doco's but the important stuff might be lost or misinterpreted which might result in frustration with attempted building.
No one will ever try to build anything with no concise and clear doco's.
So, yeah, instead of posting plans which no one will use ever, I would concentrate in posting something we might actually use in one way or another. And that is the hard part. Pls think of the value from the users point of view. The plan has no value. How to build it has.
Thoughts?

I already learned my 4th language and being 48yo not interested in 5th
It is like programming (coding), the value is in what you're doing with it. As I see it, the only value for the kite plans is for the factories.

I'm only creating and pushing plans if someone requested them and wants to build the kite or at least discuss the design.
But I totally agree that it would be very helpful to translate my german howto into some more languages (english, french etc.). I started to create a github page for that purpose but didn't invest much time. I will pick up that task again, thanks for the reminder.
My intention is not to sell a product (plan, material, instruction, support etc.). I rather want to give some assistance for those who want to build a kite and are really enthusiastic about the idea to kite with a DIY kite + board (as I was
).

Next task will be the translation ...
Any volunteers out there?
I'm preparing the github pages with all the content (in german). Then we can start translating sentence by sentence. All you need is a github account and some time

My German is pretty rusty, but I'd be happy to try! I won't be available until after the New Year though...

I think you guys might be being a bit harsh - I know no German and Google Translate seemed to work OK for me ( with a bit of head scratching I admit!!)
