Are you guys in Hawaii starting to see any signs of Hurricane Iselle?

Good luck and stay safe!

Not yet. But in anticipation we're checking that our small kites stay inflated. Some bigger surf would be nice too.

The vast majority of hurricanes headed in our direction (angling northwest) lose energy over the cooler water and become tropical storms. The ones that stay hurricanes usually stay south of us. Hopefully that will hold true.

Not a thing. Seemed like a typical summer day on Maui.

Here in hurricane country we use http://www.tropicalstormrisk.com and it shows the first storm fizzling out, but still a tropical storm could be super wet anyway. The second storm looks like it could be a bit nastier, but is headed slightly to the north so HI won't likely won't get the dirty side of the storm and all the wind. The waves should be epic though!!
