I had been using an NP high hook vest for a few years. I got a new one in the same size, M/L, and it was riding up. The new one seemed to have more slippery material. I went down a size from what the size chart recommends and now it works good. I'm 5'7" tall, 165 lbs (~75 kg), but wear a S/XS now. Fits even with thick wetsuit.

I have this one: http://www.gunsails.com/neoprene/buoyan ... t-one.html and I like it. It goes well with a harness (flat lower part) and looks to bo build well. The pricing is really good to.
