Harder than it Looks. I rarely get the right direction and end up making it worse.

I don't like these kinds of videos. The titles suggest that they're going to show something useful. The tips and instructions they give are never useful.

This video shows nothing about untangling lines. It does show how to deal with line overs, but even then the method requires an assistant. If it does anything useful it shows that the chicken loop will wrap around the bar when you pass the lines around.

I think these videos have more to do with self promotion from wannabe pro kiters.

By far the best way to deal with line overs is to go back to the beach. Land the kite. Lay everything out and check it, then head out again. Being lazy, trying to take shortcuts, or thinking you are clever is certain to end up in disaster.

Misleading title but still very useful. I am definitely guilty of inverting my kite, especially in the early days when I flying really high aspect kites. I've had others explain this to me in the past but this guy makes it a bit more simple.

Totally agree. It doesn't take much longer to disconnect both back lines and sort it that way - probably still under a minute, and a helluva lot safer.

This video is a total clickbait. Even the cover image (a guy with a bunch of tangled lines) doesn't appear in the video...
As said above, the best way to untangle a line over is to land the kite, disconnect the line and connect it again.
