Re: Smallest possible LEI kite size for best low end

On big wing power isnt issue at all. Issue is relaunch and stability in lull. I personaly at 90 kg and moses 633 had almost no benefit from NEO 9 to Mono 12 - both are limited by lull stability and relaunch. I use 9m foil kite for LW and go straight to 7 LEI. I did not try very light zero mono strut...

Re: Large Kite that will relaunch

Basicaly all LEIs are +- same they wont relauch without resistance - so you can relaunch in shallow, not so much in deep water. LEI that relauch as long as it fly is complete BS. LEI will deepwater relaunch reliably from 12 knots - 10 knots with strong swimmer and luck. Freeride foil kite are deepwa...

Re: Light wind foil kite for foiling

I personaly dont believe in loops. Sine down from opposite edge right in front of you and then gradual upstroke. If you have problem on ONDA with sonic 2 13 on 7-10 then there must be something wrong. I actualy consider sonic 2 11 powerstroke too much for onda in anything above 8 knots - at 89 kg na...
