Re: Any interest in eeeeee foils?

I know lift is working on this with a foldable prop. I’m sure Takuma will eventually come out with a smaller board as well. Until then I’m just going to learn to prone foil. Im pretty sure Lift has already launched their folding prop and I've heard that its pretty sweet. Better be for that cost... ...

Lift high aspect wings for kiting

Has anybody kited on the newer high aspect wings from Lift? If so, any reviews on how they perform, particularly in relation to the surf or classic wings? Recommend or not?

Re: Flotation

Not to hijack this (relevant to the JRichman photo), for those that wear an impact vest, do you wear it over or under your wetsuit? Seen it both ways, and while I haven't work an impact vest, I am curious.

Re: Which Twintip?

The misfit is a pretty stiff board and doesn't have a ton of rocker. I find it to be stable and great for going upwind but I don't love the pop or landing characteristics. The SS Vision is a better board for what you are describing (more pop and more rocker) and you don't sacrifice much of the upwin...

Re: Mystic stealth rope spreader w/ Navigator Bar

Would a carabiner attachment between CLoop and rope work? Seems like that would make it easier to hand the kite off.

I am also curious as to whether the hook gets in the way when using the slider in that configuration.

Re: That hurts !

How did that happen? It looks like more than a lack of commitment on the loop, particularly since the loop comes around at the end. Anybody have any other theories or knowledge here? OUCH.

Re: Lift 200 for kiting

Has anyone compared the Lift Classic 170 to their new Surf 170 wing for kitesurfing? Also interested in this. I like the ability to split the front wing and rear stab for travel, but wondering what the compromise is. Lift says that the surf 170 is thicker construction, but not sure how that transla...

Re: Seat Harness Manufacturers

Ride Engine is about to release a new seat harness design. It was recently teased on their Instagram account. I think they are being officially released next week (along with an entire line of harnesses). While I haven't seen the seat harness in person, I have seen some of the new designs and they l...

Re: Getting into bad habits learning downloops

Couple of questions, when doing a downloop: 1. At what moment do you rotate the bar to untwist the lines. Myself, I do when the kite starts to fly upwards after the loop. 2. When rotating the bar, you pull, push, or leave the bar hands free ? I tend to hands free, then grab again when the bar has r...

Re: 3rd time snapping north lines

What iteration of North are we talking about? Are these lines from the newer (2020/2021) North Navigator, or the old Duotone/North?
