I have an A Roam 10 which is just great for foiling, surf and snow kite. The usable wind range is insane. It flies super early (6-7 knots?) and is stable well over 27+. The only downside is less grunt than the average kite I'm used to so in low winds on foil you really need skills to get going. And ...

The order is placed, a Roam 10m A-series coming my way soon. But 8-12 weeks wait, unbearable!

Has anyone yet received and flown an 8, 9 or 12m Roam? Would be interesting to hear impressions and possibly size comparisons if having ysed the 10m before.

Just back from a TT session on the 10m aluula roam. Flat water. Wind I guess 12 to 20knts. I think except a couple kids and light women I was the smallest kite on the water (other on 12 and 14). This is usually the case as I like to fly smaller kites, But it worked with the roam too. No Pb going up...

No need to over analyze wind charts. We know they are taken with a grain of salt. These are simply the same charts as for the standard dacron roam, and yes they do seem conservative (for a change). How bout some more real life user comments, keep those coming! It's only in lack of real-life testing...
