As title, have you had extra charges like vat and or import taxes added? I know one person who bought a board pretty well half the cost from kitemana claims he got no extra costs importing it to uk. The board was shipped over by kitemana. Is it just a lottery?

I had this issue snowkiting with a flexifoil ion years ago, it turned out to be the cold had deformed the plastic in the valve where the flap sealed off under pressure, allowing just a small amount of air to leak out.
