I have been using naish bars but after Torque atb 2018 issues I'm done with them.

FWIW my first experience with this store has been smooth: ordered a Naish kite, paid with credit card, received it after a few days.

Thanks again everyone for the advice. I ordered and just received my first ever kite: a 10m Triad. Unfortunately it will take a long time before I can test it out.

You can buy the movable height adjuster separately. I think its like $10 or something like that. I have that on one of my bars. Interesting! To answer part of my own question and add to the above: only the ATB version of the Torque offers *toolless* depower height adjustment.

So that would probably make it the best choice for those wanting to share a Naish bar with someone with smaller arms / height.

One more question - I was wondering about the bar myself: you mention the ATB (above the bar) version of the Torque, is there a reason you think it's more suitable than the BTB (below the bar) version?

Indeed I spotted some deals for the Triad, though with limited choice in size. With my 75 kg (165 lb), would a 10m be suitable for the usual beginners wind range (14-22 knots)? I suspect it will, as the wind range of the Triad is reported to be quite good, but Naish doesn't appear to have a wind cha...

Thanks for your input! There just is very little "neutral" info on the Triad. The big magazines / sites seem to praise any kite they review. There is a German video review that was not all good: lag, not enough feedback on the bar, need big arms for depower, no great jumping. They said the Naish Box...
