Re: Size Recommendation for Core Fusion

What is your weight? You're probably not using it correctly. There are (4) different board sizes to look at in the calculator - Beginner, Light Wind, Normal Wind, and High Wind. Check out the Normal Wind and High Wind board sizes, and like I said above knock off 5kg from your actual weight. Check m...

Re: Size Recommendation for Core Fusion

Gotta disagree sorry - I used the calculator and it says in ideal winds of 25mph I should have a 12m and a 168cm board My main ride is a Crazy Fly Raptor Neon 140 x 42 so a LOT less than Mr. Science predicts... Lou.png Take the DEAL - deals are great - those boards are sweet - and remember Lou rode ...

Actually I think hand wings pre-date kites for water sports, they just sucked until people started foiling.

Re: Bridles

Hey Zilkz,

My 1st read of your post - thought you said, Change BRIDES every 6 months :thumb:

It may be a hassle but definitely worth considering to keep things fresh - regarding your Pivots no idea, kites tend to last longer...

Good Winds,

Re: New set: XR/GTS or Rebel/Dice

Actually, I pulled a trigger on North. 13-11 Reach's and 10-8-6 Orbit's + boards +accessories. Could not get a good price on Core and Duotone seller was not responsive. So back to North after 5 years :) Very excited to start new season with new toys. Yo Kerplow! Interested to hear your experience w...

Re: CF Raptor LTD 2019 vs Naish Monarch 2020? help deciding

Hey Red, Not much in the way of replies, so here goes... Either nobody care s (sounds harsh) or it doesn't matter (more likely)... doubt you will have a bad time on either fancy board . For the record I have the Carbon Raptor and love it but I'm just one person so take it with a grain of salt. Good ...

Re: Duotone 2021

As long as I can read the kite size I am don’t really care about the font. I did like the 2018 graphics. The 2019 picture graphic looked bad. 2020 was ok I didn’t like the white leading edge on the grey. I really liked the blue and red from 2020. Interesting. I have exactly the same opinion! 2018 g...

Re: 13m Kites..... why so few?

11m as the biggest kite... Go eat a pie you tiny bastard . People should get a pack of rocks and see what it's like to be a 100kg kiter. +1 for the bag of rocks - I ride my 12m and 14.5m in the Gorge & at the Oregon Coast all year long = NEVER A DULL MOMENT - Just sayin' and Toby has MAD SKILLS - w...

We need an international standard like this for kites?
Maybe our friends at Kitefinder could rig up an overhead cam in that garage?

Tricky techs...
