Re: Do we need horns on the bars?

The downwind kiters was already riding in that direction when the guy sent his jump, for me it's clearly the upwind rider fault and he is the one that's gonna cause an accident, unfortunately he will probably not learn until there is an accident.

Re: WOO 4.0 - The New Standard is Coming

After trying the 4.0 I noticed that it registers way more jumps where you bail or dive a bit underwater. Sometimes takes a bit longer for the jump height to show on my watch compared to the 3 but I might be imagining things. Battery big as and no contacts to stress about cleaning. Happy so far. Yes...

Re: Tell me what I am doing wrong during my jump

It might be due to the fisheye effect of the camera but it looks like your kite is past 12 (almost at 11 in there) when you take off, try to take off when the kite is at 12 or even a tiny bit before it goes past 12.

Re: Who has priority here?

I'm really surprised there is no black and white answer for this scenario. Given how popular wave kiting is these days I would've thought that there'd be a set of standard rules and protocols for when surf kiting (not surf paddling) in waves. Left to discretion, this scenario can really lead to pro...

Re: Best face sunscreen/Block, 50 and above?

Use a zinc sunscreen like this one https://invisiblezinc.com.au/sport/ It's quite tick and it won't get off except if it's in a place rubbing against your wetsuit or something, and despite the name it's actually quite visible except if you spend a fair amount of time to spread it on the skin. It's s...
