Re: Wingsurfing - Intel - forum topic?

Kiteboarding in 2000 was amazing. The gear was dangerous. The stoke of adventure was so high. And when i see this video it reminds me of the first guys to buy kites and brave the unknown. Dont buy one now and you can avoid being the “first guy flailing” But you may also miss out on the best part lik...

Re: Wingsurfing - Intel - forum topic?

Almost all pre sales sold out?
Naish in Oz sold out?
Spg twin struts were also sold out.
But now taking orders again.
May be a bummer summer for those “waiting” for a wing and not buying one now to get here by July.

Re: Wingsurfing - Intel - forum topic?

Yeah. A lot of guys in Hawaii and Australia sink starting behind skis and boats. Ive been trying myself and ill get it down behind the jetski and then the wing should be easier. Guys also sink start when towed by a small dinghy with zero power—- they say its the only way when being “under pulled” No...

Re: Wingsurfing - Intel - forum topic?

Right on Slappy-----I agree. More control will be the goal of all the wings in the future The twin strut definitely makes sense. Also when you are WAY out in the ocean or lake and you fall on the strut and pop it---you still have the other second strut to get in. Which could be a huge deal in a 5 mi...
