^ this. Kites haven't changed much during the last 15 years. Only prices keep rising. An average kiter like me doesn't benefit from 2024 kites compared to 2010 one on a 15 knots twintip day. Well it's clear the market has taken a turn (at least in UK and Europe) towards wing and foil equipment and there is much less demand for kites. Buying new gear is too expensive for a long time kiter for me and I can see a lot of models/brands disappearing in this coming recession.

Yeah you kind of have to twist it in a bit for it to hold the pressure. That's the way with that valve, it doesn't like being twisted so you need to make sure your pump/hose/valve is well lined up at full pump extension.
