depends on your definition of light winds - but a 12m reo would compliment your 9 and 6 very well.

Pinholes dont happen in the sky

They happen when the kite is on the ground often left flapping in the wind or weighed down. If you are not flying a kite pack it down or expect wear and tear.

well if the price is like on the page, it is not especially cheap... These are brand new kites - the price is the price. Given how limited in numbers they are globally you really cant be expecting price reductions. if you have a set budget then maybe try looking at a pulse 2 - the predecessor of th...

I went for a Takoon Burning 6'2" last summer, a production epoxy kitesurfing board. if your buddies are good surfers they already have boards and wetsuits. they just need a harness and a kite. for $600 each they should be sorted. they just cant go out in all conditions. learning on a surfboard will be slow too. maybe they could share a twin tip whilst learning.
