I wouldn't say 15m for a C kite is big, same as a 12/13 flat one and pretty much normal. If you'd said 19 - 22m for a big kite, then that would be a big kite!!

If you take windsurfing for a comparision, it's far more exhausting and better for "forced" cardio fitness. I know some of the windsurf crew joke about kitesurfing being couch surfing as they see many pot bellied kiters on the water.
I've replaced the LE bladder a couple of times on my one pump REVs by myself. Yea it may take a bit longer than a non one pump kite but I don't find it difficult.
