Re: any reviews on Rebel 2021

Also saw a vid of Tom Court using a rebel for a strapless session (which he then wrecked), which seemed odd as he's usually on a dice.
Yeah, it looked seriously impressive in the waves for a big air kite... But maybe that is all tom!

Re: any reviews on Rebel 2021

Tom Court, Lewis & Aaron were doing a mini UK tour promoting the 2021 Rebel, if you look at their insta / youtube channels there is lots of sick footage of them on it. But then... But then those guys can make anything look good...

Re: 10m or 9m 2020 Dice

Hey, As a 2020 Dice owner I don't think you can go wrong with either... Im frequently amazed how well my 11m loops, and the 9m is just absolute sex on strings. As you say, the Dice is at its best when riding with power and actively flying the kite. So if a smaller size gives you more confidence to t...

Re: Kitemare warning about crossed lines!

Ouch! Thats not prity, but glad its wasn't worse... That foil on the waters edge :o :o :!: Depressing how nobody seems bothered to help you, in what looks to me a bit of a sketchy launch. Yesterday, just as I finished my session, I spotted a kite down in the waves about 500m up the bach, despite bei...

Re: How do you like ur Dice? Soft, Medium or Hard...

Hi Friends, I always pump them hard, I prefer the crisp feel of well inflated, and can't really see there being much advantage in responsiveness with a softer.... Cheers! AHhhhh so many soft hard jokes i just cant handle it!    Thanks for your input buddy, but I was referring t...

Re: Best jump machine (board) for big air?

How do you like carbon in the boards? I was really happy with my jaime textreme until I went kiting after the corona break and wasn't that "fit" anymore. I usually do some sort of sport 5 times a week but after a 2 month break I really felt beaten up after a one hour session on a choppy lake. I kno...

Re: Best jump machine (board) for big air?

Anyway, I checked out the 2020 Raptor. I can easily get a 140x42 near where I live. I think I'll pull the trigger - for a cool $1200CAD. I earned it, right!? I cant deny its an expensive bit of kit... But you're a good guy, you can treat your self... If you feel bad dropping that kind of cash have ...

How do you like ur Dice? Soft, Medium or Hard...

I recently moved onto Dice and wondering how others set their 'Adaptive Tip'!? I've tried all the options but cant say I noticed much difference in how the kite flies, but I've not changed them during a session, only between sessions. I'm mostly self-launching / landing which I don't want to do unne...

Re: Best jump machine (board) for big air?

For a big air board its all about being able to hold power at speed with control... Then release that power quickly and predictably... The more power you can hold comfortably the more aggressively you will be willing to send the kite, the bigger your jump. But there are lots of variables with condit...
