Re: 30 year old woman missing in Argentina

I don't have the time to read through the entire thread... suffice to say, this is a very sad incident with tragic consequences. It is very easy for anyone to get into speculation as to how a set of circumstances could be avoided, but the truth is that no-one has any idea what happened. That said, w...

its a bit big, but will be fine, if you find it too twitchy just hold the bar with your hands closer together to the centre line.

Re: Core Sensor 3 chicken loop releasing on it own

This is not related to a Core Sensor 3 - but yesterday I checked by Reedin (V1) THREE times before going out (as it was windy) & after approx 1 hour in powered conditions, I was coming down from a jump and pulled the bar hard to loop it around & the chicken loop released !! Fortunately, I was only a...

Re: Sunscreen which doesn't give you the urge to rip your eyes out?

I made a neoprene face mask so I could go to the beach and not attract negative attention. I was able to kite through all the hard lockdowns we had. It worked well but it felt a bit like kiting in a burqa. It was easy to push down while riding and pull up when I came back to the beach. nice look......

Re: 12m Pivot vs 12m Supermodel

Comments above are spot on. SM more playful, feels lighter & better for foiling & on a SB/generally better in light winds - the 12m Pivot is a beast for boosting in the upper end - I was regularly getting over 15m, but have not found this with the SM, as it feels lower aspect and has less upper end.

Be careful, ideally find someone who knows the guy & location, if you attempt to recover, go with few handy mates & dont hang around

….or put it down to experience & get Simon to make you another one
