Re: Freestyle kite cabrinha FX or Naish Dash

Hi Kehler, Hope you're enjoying the new kites. The Dash has grown on me now and I really like the 11m. You need the Dash on the correct Naish 55 bar to get the most out of it. I flew it on an Ozone bar and it was not good (slow turning and not reactive), I bought a 2020 Naish bar and much improved. ...

Re: Bar compatibility RRD / Naish

Looks like the newer (2019/2020) RRD bars are now single front line flag out, so yes no issues at all. The older RRD global bars (2014 to 2017) used a double front line flag out and were verging on dangerous when flagged in high winds, I would not use the older bar.

Re: Covid-19 - Resuming Kiting, In Time

If you're going to Covid Shame me Billy
I think you're doing that yourself pretty well. When people see you out kiting they may well think "typical kitesurfers ignoring the rules etc". So thanks, from all the UK kitesurfing community that are following the rules.

Re: Freestyle kite cabrinha FX or Naish Dash

Hi Kehler, I'm still waiting to fly my brand new Torch. Once the UK restrictions get lifted I will still review it on here. Did you buy and new kite ?

Re: Covid-19 - Resuming Kiting, In Time

It's crystal clear in the UK! no kitesurfing. If you are kiting then you tar every kitesurfer in the UK who is following the rules. Very selfish act to be kiting now when the RNLI have asked people not to go into the water.

Re: Most fun 9m with a twin tip?

I'm going to recommend the 9m Naish Dash for flat out speed, boosting and looping. Faster than all the kites recommended so far, and has a fair bit of a hooligan nature in it which the edge and pivot most certainly do not have. Dash boosts brilliantly, decent hang time and loops very well, the weakn...

Christophe Tack on the 2020 Naish Torch

Christophe Tack now riding the Naish Torch. He is one of the most stylish freestyle riders out there... huge amount of pop and slack in the 2020 Torch by the look of the video.
