Re: Kite looping in 10-13 knots?

He's not doubling a 10m. He doubled an 8m. Usually does a 7m as it's much safer. And yes, an 11m (Orbit) is an okay looping size in 20kn for me with 98kg and a normal board. ok seems like i really have to sell my 12m2 and settle down to a 11m2 :-) although i am 75kg only, i think i need a super qui...

Re: Kite looping in 10-13 knots?

credits where credits have to be shown: 1. the naish in the backround does not look any powered at all 2. i have never seen anybody doing powered kiteloops on a 12m2 so 10-13 knots might be wrong, but its still someting new. my conclusion: since. giel is doing double loops on 10m2, and boring single...

Loops are smoother and quicker,
Is the 12m2 that quick, that you can do powered kiteloops and the kite is gonna catch you on the upstroke!?

...or is 10m2 still the maximum size for megaloops for an average rider?

Re: Aluula ? New Revolutionary Material from Ocean Rodeo

Anybody got already the chance and balls to kiteloop a 12m2 aluula kite in proper wind ??? That could really be a game changer, since the first tests say they climb and turn quicker. Right now, more than 9-10 m2 kites don´t make sense for kiteloops, because bigger sizes don´t catch you reliable. Hop...

Re: F One Trax Hard Light tech

I have ridden several trax the previous years and got the same weight. Had been riding the 135*39 Till Last Summer and changed to the 136*40,5 in october Due to changing from kites with more to Less grunt. (Evo --> Bandit) I am super happy with the size and 137 will be def to much in my opinion. If ...

Re: Opinions on North Dice?

powered old school is one aspect i am into, and i will miss that aspect (maybe i keep the rebel;)) but i have to replace the evo which falls apart, and the new evo seems to be a real different thing. or am i wrong here? searching for nice quick kite for waves, predictable power in loops, good pop. i...
