The past few years June and July have been excellent. 80% of the days are over 15mph and its usually 20-25 on the mainland. That is where you will get the best winds in the summer. Yeah like I said, the Dice doesnt like to fly over powered. You should check out the Evo. I have a 2014 12 and 9m that I use for gusty conditions. It is a great all around kite, one of the best on the market imo.

i have a 2015 12 and 9m. what do you want to know about the 12m? I weigh around 200lbs ride mostly in pretty steady 15-25mph winds. I can ride in it in 15mph winds on my 140 SS vision. From my experience the Dice doesnt like to sail in overpowered conditions. It doesnt like to be depowered. It jumps...

can you guys not read english? the 30 day thing is if your not happy with the board, you can return it in 30 days......free use for 30 days, pretty sweet deal... there warranty is a fair and reasonable timeline...... not bad either.... i havent heard of any warranty issues at all ???

Cant totally disagree with you. I never said the pop was a hardcore wakestyle board. Brokite makes a competition wake style board, but I dont know a lot about its design.
