Re: Gin Marabou Water Relaunchable Single Skin

Haha safest traction kite available . Try to take a single skin out at the very top of its winrange and U might change your mind . Especially the small ones when depowered they make for a pretty scary ride as they collapse and then open up . Thyre excellent kites within their windrange but beyond th...

Re: Gin Marabou Water Relaunchable Single Skin

I agree the peaks can become very unstable at the top of their windrange especially when depowere as the side fold in on themselves. Also some people were claiming it has a good water relaunch which i have not seen so far also in my personal test of the bigger ones . But still agree that they are th...

Re: Gin Marabou Water Relaunchable Single Skin

Im still not convinced about the windrange either the kite is significantly less powerfull than the shaman or its an error on the specs. no way u can have a 6 knt change in effective depower compared to all other single skins of same size. I knw ozone kites has been doing this weird mumbo jumbo with...

Re: Gin Marabou Water Relaunchable Single Skin

The shaman series 12 m topped out at 15knts but the new marbou 12m tops out at 21knts is that an error or some kind of magic texhnology . One interesting observation is that the windranges seemed to have increased considerably compare to the shaman can anyone from Gin comment on this . I mean did th...

Re: plastic tubes on depower/safety lines - are they a good thing?

I personally like PU tubes , they make the lines last longer and just look cleaner . I think you need to move on to another brand considering the amount of gear failures you have .I mean in all honesty you do kite alot more than the average kiter but Its obvious your favorite brand dosent give a dam...

Re: help with a tangle!

Why the heck would you guys disconnect the bridles on a foil kite its all a closed loop meaning there are no loose ends . all it takes is some shaking , or sometimes u may have to pass some bridles through each other but disconnecting probally makes things worse.
