Yep, just a "tad", the universal unit of measure.

Re: Monofoil or "riding stabless", setup and riding

Simple reflex (small amount) @ the trailing edge pretty much stops the pitching down at speed, there isn't enough performance loss to detect, there is a limit to how much reflex is usable (or even needed) . Too much doesn't help the pitching any further but does slow top speed and acceleration (incr...

Re: Monofoil or "riding stabless", setup and riding

It looks like the delta Mono is a good design, I like that the mast is behind the trailing edge of the wing ( as I've said before I think this provides a better feel) but I don't really get the trend towards huge wings for use with kites? It seems to me 1000 sq cm is about Max for allaround freestyl...

Re: Monofoil or "riding stabless", setup and riding

If anyone in the states wants to try mono foiling on a proven wing I have available a reflex wing on a slingshot 30 inch mast, $150 plus shipping, board is available if someone is local to South Texas, my season is coming to an end and I don't need more than one monofoil,. Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

John flies his 5m peak 4 as his go-to kite and now only flies cloud D 10m when it's super light, My go-to kite is the ozone uno 6m. And Ozone hyperlink 7m for light wind. The cloud D's are nicer than the c2 but they now only get flown when our launch is a muddy mess and we don't want to trash our fa...

Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

Bagged out cloud 7m c2 on foil is pretty much the same as 5m peak 4 for upwind, cloud 8m D series pretty close to same power as 5m peak4 ( at least we fly them both in the same wind for freestyle foiling and wave foiling) . Upwind with a hydrofoil is very close to the D series clouds, not enough dif...

Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

Funny, reelbars have been around almost from the beginning of kiteboarding. https://goo.gl/images/EXHqTA These were mostly for 2 line kites although I converted one to 4 line, the problem with them was when the kite was down and lines slack you couldn't keep equal line tension while reeling the line...
